The Federal Scholarship Tax Credit starts January 1, 2027
It gives donors a federal tax credit for cash gifts to scholarship granting organizations that fund K-12 scholarships, in every state that takes part. FundEDU's FSTC Resource Hub tracks each state's status and gives schools the tools to prepare: a readiness assessment, an eligibility calculator and state-by-state guidance.
FundEDU meets each state's registration and licensing requirements for professional solicitors and fundraising counsel wherever it performs services. Our registration is a public record you can check yourself.
